The South Carolina Association for Community Economic Development (SCACED) has partnered with USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and South Carolina Office of Rural Health to address food insecurity and access among high-risk and underserved populations, including racial and ethnic minorities and rural residents.
