Virtual Landowner 101 will include both pre-recorded and live (virtual) sessions. Participants interested in determining their land value, ownership structure, deeds, encroachment issues, taxes, and possible use should register. Participants will be provided with maps, deeds and other documents associated with their land- all information that is publicly available.

Requirements for Registration Acceptance:

• Minority or underserved landowner

• A minimum of 4 acres of land

• Interested in accessing USDA resources to enhance their land

Limited capacity. Each participant that attends a workshop will receive a $10 Subway gift card*.

*In order to receive the gift card you must register for the workshop, log in and participate in the virtual event and own a minimum of 4 acres of land located in South Carolina. All three criteria must be met to receive this incentive.
