The first year of the SC Legislature's 2025-2026 session officially adjourned on May 8, 2025. Thank you to each of you who have reached out to your legislators to advocate on behalf of the Community Economic Development agenda in South Carolina! Our final update on legislation we've been monitoring is linked below. We will continue to be hard at work gathering support for the #CEDinSC agenda for when the legislature reconvenes in 2026!
