Participants will walk away with actionable steps to start a housing development project in their service area and the tools to analyze your project for fiscal sustainability.
Participants are required to bring a laptop with a minimum of Excel 2007 software. Pre-loaded thumb drives will be provided to participants containing all spreadsheets used during the class.
